Shipping policy

All parcels are shipped 1st class or 1st class signed for unless special delivery is chosen.
both ways of shipping are sent within 24 hours after the fulfillment of an order.
processing/making time is 2 to 4 weeks on all orders. they may come earlier depending on how busy we become at the time.

if a parcel does not get to you please pop us a facebook message or an email. sometimes items do go missing in the post. If sighned for is chosen we will have tracking numbers that  can be provided should your parcel be taking its time..
