Delivery Information

At Tigerlilly with Love, every keepsake is carefully prepared with love. We understand how special your order is and aim to have it on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

This includes our personalised acrylic keepsakes and most of our ready-made baby-loss memorial hearts.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

If a particular product requires additional preparation time, this will be stated in its product description.

Please note that our processing times are separate from postal delivery times.

UK Standard Delivery

Our standard UK delivery service is Royal Mail Second Class.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class items within 2–3 working days after dispatch. However, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Faster Delivery Options

Need your keepsake sooner?

Where available, you can choose an upgraded postage service at checkout for an additional charge.

Please remember that upgrading postage speeds up delivery after dispatch. It does not automatically shorten our processing time.

Personalised Orders

Please check all names, dates, photographs and wording carefully before completing your order.

If we need to contact you regarding your personalisation, dispatch may be delayed until we receive your reply.

Ordering for a Special Occasion

If your keepsake is needed for a birthday, anniversary, remembrance occasion or another important date, we recommend ordering in advance to allow time for preparation and delivery.
