Postage and returns
We have 2 options for postage:
1. 1st class signed for. This has a tracking code and will show up with a signature once recieved. (Although 1st class orders can take upto a week once posted this way but is usually next day)
2. Special delivery. This is guaranteed the next working day after posting. (Please note this is not the same as rush my order)
If an item is returned to us this usually means it has been sat at your local sorting office for 2weeks plus and has not been collected. If this is the case there are 2 options:
1. We can repost but the postage charge will need to be paid for again of £2.
if for any reason we have agreed on a refund items must be returned within 30 days of request. if after this time no refund will be given.
please send a message within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
after this time there will be a restocking/materials charge for any orders that have been started (first layer). this will be £3.
if your order has been made and is awaiting posting it cannot be cancelled.
If your item does get lost in the post and shows as still in the system 14 days after posting then we will of course remake and resend at no charge to yourself.
Where possible all items are placed on a card and popped into an organza bag.
