Postage and returns

All orders are sent Royal mail tracked 48hr.

 

Returns

If an item is returned to us this usually means it has been sat at your local sorting office for 2 weeks plus and has not been collected. If this is the case We can repost but the postage charge will need to be paid for again by yourself.

 

if for any reason we have agreed on a refund items must be returned within 30 days of request. if after this time no refund will be given.

 

Cancellations

please send a message within 12 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel.

after this time there will be a restocking/materials charge for any orders that have been started (first layer). this will be £3.

 

if your order has been made and is awaiting posting it cannot be cancelled unless non personalised.

 

Lost items

If your item does get lost in the post and shows as still in the system 14 working days after posting then we will of course remake/resend at no charge to yourself or refund.

 

Where possible all items are placed on a card and popped into a clear bag.
